I will admit it. I'm slight obsessed with Mugler. The Men's F/W 2013 collection was amazing! Neon colors. Bomber jackets. Bullet proof vest. The "come to me" emblem. Who are they, you may ask? Well, they are none other than Nicola Formichetti and Roman Kremer. From just looking at the collection and watching the show, you feel compelled to join the movement that is Mugler. I loved the use of triangles, which was a very key element of the show. "Western mixed with asian pop culture mixed the sci-fi world," says Formichetti. And the blend worked perfectly! Honestly, if I could have every piece in this collection, I would have them. I would also like to add that the music was custom made for this specific show, which added to the overall brilliance of the collection. With the theme of the triangle being displayed through the vest, suits, knits, to the invitations, the three aisles, and model usage, I would have to say that this was one of my favorite, if not my favorite show! Thank you Nicola and Kremer, for the other-worldly experience. It was a job, well done. xoxo
