If you missed the show...

check it out here. Enjoy guys! And once again, stay fashionable. Xx

Marc Jacobs.:.NYFW

Omg. OMG! Yes, it's very important that I start by using these three, little letters. So going back to last night, I was blown away. The collection consisted of satin and silk, colors and patterns, and there was a London-Paris-Anastasia-esque feel to it. Aesthetically, the collection was beautiful. I loved the colors. They flowed well together and the looks were just everything. Now, let's talk about hair and makeup. O.M.G. The hair was big and over the top and I loved it. I was dramatic but in a way that worked well for the clothes and the makeup added to the London/Paris/Anastasia-esque feel. And I must say that the collection was very sexy and had a glam factor to it also. So, once again, Marc delivers. Stay fabulous! So, until next time, stay fashionable. Xx

Victoria Beckham.:.NYFW

Hmmm...what can I say, what can I say? Let's try this: sexy, classic, geometric, color blocking, fashion...just absolutely woman-esque. I hope that made sense but literally, those are the words that came to mind when I saw VB's collection. She does it so well! Okay, let me start with the colors. I loved the tones and pops of color. It just seemed to flow together so well, with purple and blue and yellow, incorporated into blacks and grays. Loved it! Then you had geometry. Now, I've never been really obsessed over geometrically obvious pieces. I always felt they were just like, too much. But it wasn't until Nicola Formichetti, and now Victoria Beckham, that I've really enjoyed seeing them become apart of the full look. With Victoria, I loved how there were standouts and subtleties. Like, for one piece, you have an obvious triangle, but for others, you have a more subtle "I don't notice it but I notice it but it's still not noticeable because it's so well incorporated" piece. And I love it. Victoria has always been major to me. I mean come on, Spice Girls. Ya, we all loved them. Her style is just amazing. It's like effortless chic. Always fitted perfectly, always the right hairstyle, always the right makeup, always the right everything. I just love her. And now that hubby David and son Romeo are dabbling in the fashion world, I think we'll see more in future collection embracing their input, but who knows? What I do know is that Victoria will continue to be a style icon and fierce fashionista. But that's all for now guys. Until next time, stay fashionable. Xx

Kenneth Cole.:.F/W 2013

YES! That's basically all that needs to be said for the Kenneth Cole F/W 2013. Blacks and color blocking, textures, leathers, wool jackets, monochromatics. Literally, LOVED the collection to death. One thing that I really loved was the biker-y, mixed with urban chic, mixed with James Bond looks. Yeah, that's exactly what went through my head. Also, the did incorporate color which I thought was nice. With olives, deep reds, and blue, I thought there was this balance. So glad to see Kenneth Cole back on the runway!

HashTag: NYFW - Check This Out

Experience some of the mayhem as Daniella Pineda
goes backstage at the BCBMax Azria show.
Enjoy. Xx

BCBG.:.NYFW F/W 2013

We've all been waiting for it. And it's finally here! Bloggers, stylists, designers, models, fashionistas and fashionistos, make-up artist, and anyone else who loves fashion is gathered in NYC, right now, as I type this, now...and where am I? At school. Typing this....So yeah, it sucks not being there. And even though I'm trying really hard to follow the live stream, school just takes up so much time. But I'm going to do my best to stay on top of things. End rant.

Now, onto Fashion Week. I want to talk, first, about BCBG Max Azria. For all of you who watched the show, can I just reemphasize how MAJOR it was. Ummm...fur is definitely the new black, right? Right! I loved, loved, LOVED the coats. And beanies are so so in! I really liked the casual feel to the collection. I see that a lot of designers are moving away from the haute couture and incorporating a more urban elements. You had t-shirts, you had biker jackets and hoodies, with different prints placed throughout. Layering was also big in the runway show as well. So it was definitely less couture-esque, which I think works very well. Overall, I thought the collection was amazing! I feel like the BCBG Max Azria collections prior to this one, were known for being more feminine. But this one? This one brings out the tough girl within!

So, to my friends attending FW, I hope you guys enjoy! So wish I could be there, but sadly, I have school. Lol. Anyway, there are more reviews to come. Until next time, stay fashionable. Xx
